Came in with the family and had the ice cream cookie sandwich highly recommend! They carry all kinds of Homers ice cream flavors and a great assortment of cookies that are served warm out of the oven. The staff is super friendly and seemed just as excited to be there as the customers. Deerfield needs more community owned and run places its great to see. Great to see the area supporting small business and enjoying the fun. A great, happy, clean, friendly and fun experience thanks Scoops we will be back!!!!

Wheelchair accessible and outdoor seating. Finally stopped in to try their cookies. I had the Snickerdoodle and it was so yummy! It was nice and soft but didn't fall apart. The cinnamon was perfect! The frosting wasn't heavy, overpowering, or sweet. It had Snicker pieces on top! That was a very nice touch! Can't wait to come back to try some other cookies!

Had dessert here after dinner. The ice cream is Homers, so you know it's good. The edible cake batter cookie dough was very tasty, and while I didn't have any of the cookies, they all looked super imaginative and delicious.

I grew up in HP/DF and was home to visit from Minnesota, my friends that are still in the area mentioned a new ice cream shop and they took me in for a visit - I was even more surprised that not only was there Homer's ice cream, but homemade cookies (to rival Crumbl) and cookie dough by the scoop! Scoops & Cookies has so many options to choose from, with six different cookie dough flavors, twelve ice cream flavors and (about) 10 specialty cookie flavors. The selection itself is amazing, and the pink walls and vibe of the place makes it perfect local dessert shop. Service here was also spectacular - based on reviews I believe the owner served us (with some staff) and even with our group of six we got our goodies fast while being met with kindness. I ordered their mint cookie with Oreo ice cream. It was deliciously warm and gooey with classic Homer's ice cream. You can't go wrong! I would definitely want to support this local business over Crumbl when I want a specialty cookie. I wish I could give another 5 stars for the owner - my group was sitting outside late Wednesday night and he was kind enough to bring out a whole box of some warm leftover cookies! That kindness goes a very long way and it made our night. Overall, I would say Scoops and Cookies is a must stop on the North Shore. It will definitely be my new go-to dessert when I'm home!

Thanks yelp for helping me discover this place. I was in the area for lunch and wanted ice cream for dessert and Scoops and Cookies popped up on my Yelp search. It didn't disappoint. The highlights: 9 choices of cookies, including Gluten free options, 7 rotating weekly, cookies kept warm; 16 choices of Homer's ice cream including my all time favorite chocolate; 6 choices of edible cookie dough. Well, 1 scoop of ice cream on a warm chocolate chip cookie totally hit the spot. Good concept, good execution, perfect place for cookies and ice cream.

Walking into this little ice-cream shop was as exciting as listening to Beethoven's "Ode To Joy". Hand-made cookies Ala Mode, rich colored real ice-cream, cups, cones, spoons....not a detailed missed. The melody of "Ode To Joy" comes to mind when you saw the owners face with a filled store of the biggest smiles you've ever seen. The joy he and his staff have brought to our neighborhood ....it was like watching a reunion of old friends! I want to congratulate and thank you and your smiling staff for bringing our community such joy. Your ice-cream was delicious, the Gluten Free cookie was amazing...your presence brought smiles back to everyone that walked into your little store.... I hope that buzz of joy continues because it sure was a magical moment when my daughter and I walked into your store; and we saw all those amazing smiles and treats you served. ** You were spot on right...your large cup did seem like an endless cup ice-cream, it took me 2 days to finish it.

We stopped by on a whim after wanting some ice cream on Saturday night. It was pretty busy as there was a line out the door. When we entered the staff greeted us and offered to let us try some flavors. They so many different options. If you wanted just cookies, ice cream, ice cream with cookie dough on top, or event just cookie dough! I opted to get a small ice cream with a cookie on the side. I had the prairie berry which tasted just like the flint stones ice cream that I loved as a kid. The cookie was warmed and super googey on the inside. Soooo yummy! I needed a spoon to eat it, but so worth it!!
